Sales Representatives

Serve families with care and compassion, educating and guiding them through the process of making informed decisions for cemetery at-need and pre-need planning services.

Catholic Cemeteries offers excellent compensation for motivated individuals, which includes a base salary (not a draw) plus commissions and incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, paid vacation, sick days and 403B.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Sales representatives interact with families, funeral directors, and other personnel/departments. This is a performance based (weekday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm) prospecting position all within the cemetery grounds. We do not visit customers at home.

Education/Experience:

  • At least 1 year of college preferred and experience working in a performance-based phone prospecting sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customers.

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to assist families with a “Family First” approach.
  • Experience with processes, principles, and methods for selling products and services.
  • Record of accomplishment in networking, developing leads, contacting referrals, setting appointments, and meeting monthly sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, on the telephone and online
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and technology
  • Valid state issued driver’s license required.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year (Fixed base salary plus commission)

Full Time Grounds Keepers

Working outdoors all year round, some heavy lifting required.

Medical benefits for employee & pension.

Benefits after 90 days probation period.

Driver’s license a must.

$23.65 per hour – 40 hour week.

Saturdays required as needed.

Customer Service Representative(Non-Remote)

Seeking detail-oriented and caring individual to handle customer service, clerical and interaction with public.

Previous customer service experience with good communication, writing and computer skills required.

Full Time Position with salary range of $18.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience.

Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm and alternating 1/2-day Saturdays, 9am-1pm (Over time)

Requirements:

– Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally

– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

– Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail

– Clerical experience in an office setting is preferred

– Phone etiquette skills to handle calls with professionalism and courtesy

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their administrative skills while providing excellent customer service. Only candidates who meet these requirements will be contacted for an interview.

Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 annually with generous medical and retirement benefits package.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5, alternating Saturdays 9-1
